South Australia Corporate Counsel Day 2009

The South Australia Corporate Counsel Day 2009 to be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Friday 27 March 2009.  This year’s theme is “Take the lead with opportunities and expertise", and is the only event which draws together primary relevant issues delivered by the experts for South Australian Corporate Counsel.

Our conference sessions will explore relevant issues for in-house counsel and will be presented by an outstanding speaker line-up.  Highlights include:

Victorian Corporate Counsel Day & Annual Dinner 2009

This is the sixth successive year we have held this popular event, and this year we are following the conference with our Annual Dinner, all to be held in the impressive members’ dining room at the MCG on 12 March 2009.  The conference, which is affordably priced, is developed by in-house counsel specifically for in-house counsel.

Program preview

2009 is a year to get ahead of the game by identifying opportunities in challenging times.  We are planning to include a number of high profile speakers, including Nigel Marsh, author Fat, Forty and Fired, renowned CEO and performance coach; Andrew May, leading expert on performance and productivity. Andrew Fraser, renowned author of Court in the Middle, will be drawing on his life experience to discuss overcoming adversity and the value of persistence.  With other popular topics being Ethics – A Hypothetical with a panel and Hot Developments in Substantive Law.    As always, the Conference will assist you to gain those difficult to get compulsory CPD points such as ethics, professional skills and practice management before the end to the CPD year on 31 March 2009.
