The web site of the Centre for Corporate Law and Securities Regulation can be accessed here. It contains the monthly Corporate Law Email Bulletin and also hosts the Corporate Law Judgments website (which contains corporate law judgments of the Australian State and Federal courts). The website contains links to other relevant sites. Access is free of charge.


 
The Australasian Legal Information Institute's web site contains Commonwealth and State legislation and regulations, treaties, decisions of Courts and Tribunals and some secondary legal research materials. This website includes a search engine for the whole database, including statutory definitions, key words, and links to relevant case law, other legislation and secondary material. Access is free of charge.


 
The Centre for Commercial Law is located in the Faculty of Law at The Australian National University. It specialises in commercial law areas, such as corporatisation, privatisation, government contracting, globalisation and international aspects of commercial law.
